UX Hustle Club #2 : We are all pioneers
I’m actually about to head out the door to get myself to Meeting #3, but I wanted to first jot down some encouragement from last month’s UX Hustle Club.
At the beginning of our time together, Sophia shared these words:
UX is always changing, and there is always time to catch up. The field of UX is so new that we’re all pioneers, and you are not too far behind.
At times, easy for me to look at how much time I’ve already spent in my career and to feel discouraged. Sophia’s words caught me in my tracks and forced me to be positive and to get motivated again about my transition to UX. Our exercise for the day took me even higher.
We were all challenged to think of a goal we have and then to imagine, brainstorm, and write down all of the ways that goal could come true.
